Refund policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to test your products. If you feel they're not right for you, you can request a return during this period. Subject to the conditions below, we will issue a full refund.

 

Return Eligibility Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in good condition: unwashed, clean, odor-free, stain-free, and without tears
  • It should be returned in its original packaging if possible
  • The return must be made within 30 days of receiving the product

Any item that does not meet these criteria may be refused a refund.

 

How to make a return?

  1. Contact us: Send us an email at contact@napoon.fr to request a return. No return will be accepted without prior approval from our team.
  2. We send you a free return label: You don't need to pay any shipping costs upfront. Print the label and attach it to the package.
  3. Ship your package: Once your return is approved, you can send it to our partner address: NAPOON 210 RUE PIERRE BELLOT 13109 SIMIANE-COLLONGUE

Return Costs 

Returning your blankets is free. You have nothing to pay.

 

Refused Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return in the following cases:

  • Product washed or showing signs of heavy use
  • Presence of stains, odors, hair, or visible damage
  • Missing original storage bag
  • Return made beyond 30 days after receipt

In case of a non-compliant return, no refund can be issued.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are free and subject to the same conditions as returns (product condition, deadlines, packaging).

  • Color exchange (same weight): We arrange a direct exchange, subject to stock availability.
  • Weight change: We issue a full refund. You can then order a new blanket in the weight of your choice (lighter or heavier).

Returning the original product is required for any exchange. For any request, contact us at contact@napoon.fr.

Right of Withdrawal (EU) In accordance with European regulations, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order. This right applies only if the product has not been used. The return must be made in its original condition: complete, unwashed, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved or refused. If approved, the full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or financial institution, processing may take up to 5 additional business days.
