What size should I choose?
Two formats and two uses:
- Mushie Classic : lightweight, mobile, perfect for calming hands and releasing tension during the day.
- Grand Mushie : denser, heavier, ideal for grounding in the evening, slowing down and promoting sleep.
Is it machine washable ?
No. And that's for the best. A simple damp cloth and a little warm water are all you need. Machine washing could damage its texture and shape. Air dry, and Mushie will stay as soft as the day you bought it.
What if the knot comes loose?
With use, your Mushie may loosen. This is normal, nothing to worry about. To adjust it:
- Find the end of the tube inside: This is your starting point.
- Follow the path of the tube with your hands: Pull gently to tighten, loop after loop.
- Proceed slowly: Don't try to tighten everything at once. Move forward section by section. Go over, under, turn... like in a small maze, until the entire cushion is completely compact.
- To finish: Tuck the excess tube inside the cushion when it seems nice and compact.
It takes time, because yes, all our knotted cushions are handmade.
