Frequently Asked Questions
How are we different?
The market covers the bed with glass beads that move and make noise at night. Napoon covers your body with braided organic cotton that stays in place.
Our secret? We found the therapeutic efficacy zone: 3.1 to 4.6 kg/m² . What matters is the weight exerted per cm² on your body, not just the total weight.
Finally, our open-mesh braided design creates optimal airflow. Unlike synthetic blankets that trap moisture, Napoon remains breathable even in summer.
Is this scientifically proven?
Yes. Weighted blankets reduce insomnia by 50% after one month of use (Journal of Sleep Medicine, 2015).
Deep pressure stimulation decreases cortisol (stress) by 31% and increases serotonin by 28% (American Journal of Occupational Therapy, 2011).
This isn't marketing, it's science. See the studies
What weight of blanket should I choose?
Approximately 10% of your body weight (e.g., 60kg = 6kg Napoon). If you are between two weights, choose the lighter one.

How long before I feel the effects?
- Week 1 : Beginning of adaptation, slight improvement
- 2 weeks : Fewer nighttime awakenings, faster sleep onset
- 4 weeks : Objective improvement in sleep quality, measurable reduction in stress
What if it doesn't suit me?
You have 30 nights to try it out after receiving it. If it doesn't suit you, return it free of charge with no shipping costs. Zero risk, zero stress.
