Our client chooses you
The client browses our list of practitioners and selects one. They submit their request, which we then validate.

Introduction
You receive an email with the client's information, as well as a unique session code (which validates the official connection).

The client will contact you
The client also receives your contact details and the same session code. They will contact you and book through your usual system.

You are conducting the session
The session takes place in your usual setting: in-person/video. Once it's over, Napoon pays the invoice for the session.

Am I visible to your clients?
Yes. Your profile appears on a dedicated page accessible to our clients. Upon receipt of your discovery session information, we will publish it online so that clients can discover your profile and book directly with you.
Discovery session, how does it work?
The discovery session works exactly like a regular first session with your own clients. You retain complete freedom over:
- the session format
- its duration
- your approach
- its content
- your rate
Nothing changes in your way of working or your organization. The only difference: when a client wishes to book with you, we send you an introductory email. The client then contacts you directly to organize the session.
Once the session is completed, you simply bill us for it.
Am I paid for each session?
Yes. You set your rates and invoice Napoon directly after each session. Payment within 30 days end of month. No commission, no subscription, no intermediary platform. Send your invoices to: contact@napoon.fr
How many sessions will I receive?
It all depends on our volume of eligible clients. We cannot guarantee a precise volume in advance. Finally, it also depends on your specialty, your city, and the conditions for accessing the session.
Is there any obligation?
Yes. This is a non-binding program. There are no entry or subscription fees. If you no longer wish to be part of the program, we simply ask for 15 days' notice by email. Sessions honored before your withdrawal will be fully paid by Napoon.
